Baby's 1st photo

Gary and I went to my first Doctors appointment this morning.
I LOVE my Doctor she is so nice,
We were hoping to hear a heart beat but he/she was hiding so Doc couldn't get a good angle. She said if its a boy hes being stubborn if its a girl she's just being shy. (thought that was cute)
So we headed to the ultrasound room sense it was empty and we got to see that the heart was beating at a healthy pace of 189 bpm. The other news we got was that I am not as far along as we thought. The Baby is measuring 2.40 cm which is about the size at 9 weeks so the due date is now around the 28th of July.
It was so amazing we could see the little hands and feet moving. Makes everything seem so much more real :) God is so good!!!

Monday 12/14/09

Can't believe it's Monday already,

We had an awesome night Saturday at the ugly Christmas Sweater Party for Phil's birthday.

And then spent Sunday morning/afternoon with

Mom and Dad Newcomer and Grandpa and Bonnie

Baby is 9 weeks 3 days old today and is the size of a prune (1.5 in long) The cool thing is next week she/he will graduate from being an embryo to a fetus. This stuff just amazes me!!

I'm having a good morning not feeling to sick hope it just keeps getting better.

Also hoping to meet BABY "D" this week!!!!

11 more days till Christmas (i better get shopping!)

The big news

Ok I think I have told almost everyone about our BIG news!
So i'm posting it on the Blog.
Gary and I got the best Christmas present EVER a BABY !
After praying hard God has answered our prayers. We were actually just starting to take fertility tests to figure out what was actually going on.
I am 8 weeks 6 days along making the baby due July 16. A perfect time of the year to take 3 months off :) (couldn't have planned that any better)
I'm not feeling the greatest, headaches started yesterday makes me just want to crawl into bed.
Living on water and crackers carrots and celery my stomach says NO to anything else. It better go away before Christmas so I can EAT EAT EAT!!!!
I also cant wait to have my energy back!
My first doctor's appointment is on the 22nd hopefully we will be able to hear the heartbeat.
